Abstract: newline Abstract newline newlineMungbean Yellow Mosaic Virus (MYMV) is a plant pathogenic virus belonging to the family, Geminiviridae. MYMV is transmitted in nature by the whitefly vector, Bemisiatabaci. The incidence of mungbean yellow mosaic virus disease is generally high in summer crop as compared to rainy or winter season crop. The present study is proposed for integrated management of MYMV through reduction of vector activity by cultural and biological methods, however, need-based use of newer and safer chemical pesticide molecules against the whitefly vector will also be evaluated. newline
