Abstract: Vipassana meditation (VM), also known as mindfulness meditation , is a very ancient meditation technique from India. VM s ability to bring tranquility to the human mind, changing its turbulence to calmness while increasing vitality, makes it a positive health measure and an excellent human potential development method. Employees have reported positive correlation among personal, interpersonal and professional effectiveness leading to progressive enterprise growth and development for government/corporate sector through VM. However, empirical research on effectiveness of VM on behaviour and personality is sparse. This research is undertaken to measure the effectiveness of VM through a comparative study between non-VM meditator and regular VM meditator employees, in terms of measurable changes with reference to emotional intelligence, work space spirituality, interpersonal relationships and coping with stress using different Instruments. A detailed statistical analysis will be carried out in a scientific manner by using statistical tools (SPSS). newline
